Matt Smith will be carrying the Olympic Torch on Saturday from Cardiff to Swansea, a few miles along the coast. The journey can be followed live via the BBC News website, starting from around 6.25am (0525 GMT). The BBC National Orchestra of Wales, conducted by Ben Foster, will be performing Murray Gold's music in two concerts Monday 12th, 6pm and 7:45pm.
